I had some tires installed on my F250 and the installer installed automobile valve stems not the high pressure valve stems. I had a rear tire blow out towing my 5ver. Once I got to a tire dealer he checked all of the tires and had to change out all the valve stems. Not saying that is your problem but well worth checking.
The tires where installed and balanced at Ricksons and shipped to me. So I don't think that's the problem. After I got the truck stopped, the first thing I noticed is the entire tread of the tire had separated from the side walls (all in one piece). I thought that was very odd.
