That’s fine, but what if the trailer brakes fail or are marginally working. Are you saying the truck/trailer is supposed to just run over people until they stop or something else? There’s surely some safety margin for those not at max trailer weight.
Unless you plan on carrying an awful lot, the truck camper hauling will never be anywhere close to GCWR. You’ll definitely be way over axle ratings before reaching GCWR if you aren’t towing.
