Joaquin,
Having a small bathroom IS the reason we bought the Lance 165-s. It doesn't take up much space compared to the creature comfort it provides. We off-road the thing pretty hard. So far-so good. Jeanie has lavatoraphobia (the fear of not having a bathroom) and for traveling; In urban or boon docking it can't be beat for availability. With a wife and new child, I'm thinking they would appreciate the upgrade. Our Lance has an external shower also. We bought a shower tent and use that when boondocking. Just some ideas.
I'm sure you have looked at the Recycler and Craigslist. Do look farther afield for prospects.
I still have my CJ-8 and remember you have one also. Alas, it's now a dedicated rock crawler and it's top speed is 60 mph, just slow enough to be in the way on the highway, so it spends time on the trailer to get to the trail head.
regards, as always, jefe (Cabeza de Vaca)
