I will pulling a very small trailer with my small dual sport motorcycle on it, we use it for commuting if weather permits, so no road is to bad for me....
we hike, nothing more than 12-13 miles a day we are getting older and the next day after a long hike is not pleasant, we bird watch, and just enjoy nature, as I suspected the crowds can be a problem in the summer months ( and we are not really fond of lots of people) I guess if we go early we just need to be prepared for snow and cool weather as we have seen today with many inches of snow in the high country of the park, I am totally self contained so I would prefer dispersed camping.
