I've had my 4000lb camper, Heavier when loaded on my sons 2002 powerstroke SRW F250 and it squatted badly. You could run down the road just fine but all handling charisteristics went out the window. Even with my old F350 Dually Tire ratings covered the camper weight just fine but pulling out of a parking lot turning and accelerating I would get unwanted lean.
A loaded camper with a slide will be well over 5000 lbs.
