Congrats to the OP. Fords are great trucks for TC hauling especially in gasoline variety.
A couple of thoughts related to the last post. First, not all SRWs are created equal. It is true that the max limit of a SRW will be tires, but that doesn't mean all SRWs can handle that maximum. BTW, it's the same for DRWs. Brakes, suspension, differentials, engine, and transmission vary wildly from 90s to now and from brand to brand. Diesels and transmission do weigh more than gasoline engines and transmission which does impact the ultimate payload.
Not all states are equal with respect to trading. In some states, there is no sales tax, and others have minimal registration fees.
