The OP hasn't "pulled off" anything...yet. Except sold off a perfectly capable truck.
It is my experience that selling "something" to by another flavor "something"...usually cost $... unless there is a serious downgrade in age/capability/size (smaller boat, smaller house).
Would have been much less trouble to work with what he already had and save a few $ toward a new camper.
I really do hope it works...seems like a lot of trouble...for ?

Maybe reminds me of some mistakes I made in younger days?
