Camper is going to be close to 4000 wet. lay you odds the unloaded truck rear axle weight is over 2300 pounds (6300 is the combined tire load rating)
he is going to be at 6800 to 7200 pounds with the camper loaded on tires that are combined load rated at 6300. The Rear Axle is capable of over 9000. The tires aren't rated for the load he is asking them to carry.
We aren't telling him what to do just posting what is reality as far as loads
Now add in wanting to pull a trailer and its additional tongue weight: those tires and wheels "will not cut it".
