Order an F150 SuperCrew 6.5" bed with the 3.5 Eco with the HD payload package. That will give you 21-2300lbs of payload. The 3.5 Eco will give better mpg's than a 6.2 F250.
That TT has a brochure tongue weight of 815lbs dry. Load up the TT with propane, batteries and gear on the front and you'll be pushing 1000lbs for tongue weight. The HD F150 3.5 SC will handle that just fine.
According to this link (Ford.com), max payload of the 2014 Supercrew is 1748 with 2 wheel drive, and 1455 with 4 wheel drive. Tongue weight in the 1000 lb range, would take a big bite out of either version.
Not in the HD payload package. You're getting Max tow and HD mixed up.
The HD package adds 17" 7 lug wheels, stiffer frame, 4800 RAWR and 8200lb GVWR. Most HD F150's are in the 2000+ range for payload.
You have to get the 8200lb GVW rating to get the 2000-2600lb payload.
