I really appreciate all of this awesome input. I have printed out these responses and made notes on the suggestions.
Another follow up question: Once I purchase my truck and I find my trailer, can I trust the RV people to tell me what equipment I'll need to tow it safely? I would like to consult with someone that will sell me the correct stuff, without selling me stuff I don't need. I know the more informed I am, the less chance I have of being taken advantage of, but given this is all new to me (purchasing wise), I just want to have my bases covered.
