Truck sufficient for what I want?

Im getting ready to make the plunge and buy a new trailer. It is listed as 33' long, weighs 6065 lbs with a 641 lb tongue weight. I will be towing it with a 2014 Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x2 w/ the 5.7L HEMI, 3.21 rear end. Looking at the Ram towing capacities chart, I think Im going to be ok but want other opinions to make sure.

They list the max GCVW at 13,800 lbs. The curb weight of the truck with 2 passengers and no cargo is 5500 lbs, which shows I can tow up to
8350 lbs. I understand that would change if I loaded up the truck bed. So if I am reading this correctly, I have a little wiggle room. Max towing would be 8350, but the trailer is only 6065 lbs (unloaded). Last thing I want to do is buy a trailer too big to safely pull.
