Since that's the case, the most important thing you can do is get a monitor ( Edge Insight, Scangauge II, our even a smartphone app) to allow you to know what's going on under the hood. Then learn what to look for. You might consider a coolant filter and flushing the system of the oem gold coolant and replacing with coolant that is ec1 rated. Since you've got some miles on it, maybe you'll be lucky, but you can still have some of the dreaded 6.0 problems. With a monitor and knowledge you'll be able to tell when/if problems are developing and take the right action to minimize it. Let your truck tell you what you need to do. It knows better than we do.
