Trying to find this floorplan

So my SUV can pull up to 5000 pounds and I am trying to see if any other company sells this floorplan. This one works but there aren’t any available within like 2 states. I like that the bedroom is in the back, all solid walls, and the couch and dinner is table all face the tv area. Does anyone know of anyone else?

EDITED: New model, Coachman 213RDS, only weighs 3806 dry weight!

  • Don't confuse empty weight with GVW or loaded weight. Empty weight doesn't take in account, batteries, propane, and fresh or waste water, spare tire or any options. my SUV is rated to pull 5,000# I am looking at trailers in the 14 to 17 foot range with empty weights under 3,000#. I've been doing this for over 40 years and know what a bad experience it is to tow more than you should. Takes all the fun out of it. Smaller trailer or bigger truck. No other options.

  • Bedrooms in the front.
That one will be too heavy. 4468# UVW per brochure will be more when you add propane and batteries.
Big concern even if you could tow it is the scary low CCC of 740#.
Minus propane and batteries you'll end up with only 600-650# for cargo. Thats doable for some folks but then you'd be maxed out on the TT which is not good.
If you only have a 5000# tow rating then your receiver is probably rated around 500# as well. With a 5000# TT the recommended TW will be around 700+#'s.

While on paper it may seem doable I think once you actually load up it's probably too much.
  • More importantly what can your SUV carry? (Payload) That TTs bedroom isn’t in the back and I’m betting it’s way over 5k loaded and wet.
