The outside looks in pretty decent shape. I doubt any of the appliances are proprietary so they can be replaced or repaired with standard items. Probably the thing that will give you the most heartburn is the fridge. The older propane ones had a tendency to be a bit finicky. And on the bright side, you can hang your tools on the pegboard on the outside. ha!
