Which type of metal valve?
Discount Tire told me there are 2 different types. One that bolts in and the other that pulls through.
The pull through type is basically rubber at the tire end and has a metal stem sticking out of it - brass I believe. If it's still rubber coming out of the wheel, not sure that buys you much, does it?
The bolt in type is more industrial and has no rubber part. But, I read somewhere that the bolt on could corrode due to it's metal not being aluminum like the wheel it's bolted too.
