same basics or platform
Mine is a K3500 Suburban, so has hydroboost...vs your half ton with
a vacuum boosster, which is most likely going to harder to get at that
OEM stub
1996 Suburban tow harnessafter cutting open this stub that was taped and bolted to a metal
bracket. Note that the 'red' (orange) is still looped back on itself
after cutting away the OEM tap job...it took a bit more cutting to
free itself from that loop
A bit more of that stub opened up and is the end you are asking about. Notice
that the red (hot) line already has a ring lug
Red wire (really orange to me) ring lug on the fuse box stud
Blue brake wire and has no lug. It is to be wired to the P3 wires that is now
poking up...that I fished out through the hole/grommet the alarm guy made
The P3 wires connected to these wires and tied up
white ground wire and chose to use the same signal ground stud by the battery
