Sounds like you have a 1/2 truck based on your mention of 8800lb tow capacity.
The above specs for a new TT are likely going to put you at 26' and bigger... which might be more of a 3/4 truck TT.
From Outdoors RV, you have to go all the way to the 28BKS Timber Ridge to get bunks and a sofa.

The Timber Ridge is a higher end model and heavier as a result.
For a Nash, you have to get the biggest, the 29S.
