As someone who has gone through this, I would recommend the following:
Like someone else has mentioned, get something that works for right now, knowing you will move up to something larger in a couple of years. If you go this route, you can look for something used but still "newish." My wife and I bought a brand new one that we thought would work for the two of us plus children. (we thought we would have it for a long time) Once my daughter came, we realized that was a mistake. We lost quite a bit when we bought our new, larger trailer.
You could always go larger right away, but you will be limited by a 1/2 ton truck. I don't know your financial situation but for me, buying a truck, TT and getting married were not in the cards.
For a trailer recommendation, my wife and I had a Kodiak 241 RBSL. it was PERFECT for the two of us. Had some decent features and was easily towed behind my f150. In 2012 they changed the color so it wasn't white. It is lacking many of the items on your wish list though. Still, worth a look.
I agree, a new truck isn't in the cards, as mine is less than a year old. I also don't ever plan on a 3/4 ton (wouldn't fit in my garage)
We really are looking for a TT that will suit us currently, and in the foreseeable future. We hope to get it right, because we camp approximately 30-40 nights a year.
