As far as the TSB. You could have just copied my post and placed it in yours.

The number 95 is not the number of vehicles with a problem. It is the number reported to the NHTSA. In other words 95 vehicles created a scary enough situation that the owner decided to by pass the dealer and ford and went to the government. It's pretty much the last step before effecting a lemon law.
