Ford and ram include everything up to the f550 and the 5500 in their numbers. The GM twins don't have either one of those.

So GM is kicking butt somewhere.

If you look back at your link ford f150 sales were at about 220,000 and combined GM 1/2 ton sales at about 275,000.
