Two wheel drive or 4x4?
Looking at purchasing a new tow vehicle and considering the pros and cons of two wheel vs four wheel drive. Which do you have and why did you make that choice?

- Depends on many factors. I prefer a 4X4 as we winter camp and never know what the road conditions will be like. That said I also carry tire chains for both TV and trailer.
Many see 4X4 as a loss of payload, it is but the loss is t that great - I have never needed the 4x4 for towing on 4 vehicle's but loved the 94 chev 4x4 for my work truck. 2x4's are a tough sell when that time comes unless you are in Az at the time.
Probably best to go 4x4.
