Michelin's numbers are the tyre's maximum load capacity at those pressures. That is not the same as a recommended pressure. I would ask, why would you want to run your tyres at their maximum load capacity when you can increase that capacity by just increasing pressure? I wouldn't.
I use my truck manufacturer's recommended pressures plus 5 lbs for loaded and unloaded but no more than 80 psi cold in my E rated tyres.
