U-turns
We currently tow a 31' (I just measured it) 5th wheel with an extended pin box. I can "almost" make a full lock 3.5 lane U-turn with it without tapping the back of the cab of our short bed F250 and th...

To clarify just a bit. I can make full lock U's with the 36' without any contact between the TT @ TV, I just try to avoid it because it's a little bit of a hassle.
That's what I'm looking for. The crew cab F250 takes a lot of real estate to turn around in on it's own. I can gauge that on approach without any trouble. If a 36' travel trailer will follow a tow vehicle through a U-turn without contact, that gives me the confidence I'm looking for that a 30' Jayco behind a wide turning F250 "should" clear in a forward only full lock U-turn. If it will do that, I'll be happy. Forward, our little 20' Aljo TT would simply follow us in figure eights if that's what we needed to do.
There are some variables here too....the turning radius of the truck, and the length of the tongue on the trailer. The tighter the truck can turn, the sharper the angle it can create between the truck and trailer. The longer the tongue on the trailer, the sharper the angle to the truck it can accommodate.
Just because Igloo can make a full-lock turn with his rig, doesn't mean that you will be able to. Doesn't mean that won't either, just not enough info to make that call.
