Has anyone installed the Lippert under chassis storage boxes on their trailer? I was looking at this one on Amazon Lippert 175180 Under Chassis Storage Unit

I spoke with a fellow camper who had one on his FR fiver and said he had issues with water leaking in. His was factory installed. May want to be careful what goes into it.
