That's what I was thinking. Doesn't exist here in Oregon. Pay the same for registration for a Prius or 3500.

Nope. We don't register on anything other than what it is, i.e. truck, passenger car or motorcycle. Makes no difference. I have nothing on my registration that say anything about weight.
There may be something for F550 type trucks but that's not the average 2500-3500 owner.
