Well sold the old girl today,feel kind of sad really :(...
I meet a gentleman at Sam's Club and he looks her over crawls under her :E without even asking :W . Opens all the doors and runs his fingers under the weather stripping :E and said this is the fist truck that didn't have any dirt under here! I looked at him and said well hell I wax the door jams ever year and wipe then down every time I wash her. Why do you think there is not any rust anywhere on this truck?
He took her out on the highway, ran her around for 15 miles pulled back in the lot and wrote me a check for a down payment and said he will have the rest by weeks end.
Made me feel very good when he told me this was the best truck he has seen out of the 20 or so he had looked at. Being it is a 4X2 he was not going to even call, but every time he looked at the pics of her on Auto Trader, he decided he had to take a look in person.
He showed up on a 1994 Soft Tail that looked has good as the day he picked it up. So I'm sure my baby will be in go hands, still kinda sad though. :(
