Drive it gentle and it gets decent fuel economy.
Need power, put your foot in it and the power is there; BUT it takes fuel to get that power.
Its simple.. a fairly economical truck IF I drive it accordingly. (about 75 to 90% of the time for most folks)
OR
Lots of tow power if I need it. (about 10 to 25% of the time)
The Ecodiesel will be similar except get less MPG loss towing; that's good..
Will get higher MPG all the time; that's good...
Will not tow as much as fast; that may be OK or bad depending on your needs.
To each their own but to keep hearing that the Ecoboost gets BAD MPG towing is getting old.... So what...:W
