They buy your silence via money and a contract that you have to sign before they
will give you the money
In that contract will be a statement that they are not admitting to anything
another part will be the NDA...you sign the contract and then be held accountable
to that contract
If you disclose anything about that contract...you have to give all of the money
back and they will sue you for every penny you have and future pennies
