If you are asking about the Jeep "Grand" Cherokee with the 3.0 diesel then yes they both use the same oil and filters.

The Jeep Ecodiesel and Ram Ecodiesel use different filters. IIRC, the difference is the location of an o-ring. Folks are saying that the Jeep can use both filters, but the Ram can only use Ram filters.
