There is no way to predict value on rare items.
I was trying to sell my Lance 1162, what is big model with slide and could not get 1/2 of NADA value for it in San Francisco area.
I know TC are more popular in other states, than in CA, but still.
Comparing the $6k I could not get for my model, the 4500 for this seems to be high, but that's just IMHO.
Just beware that in early years of RV -manufacturers used corrosive glue for aluminium siding. Make sure the camper has no bubbles on it.
