Me and my wife found a 1995 Lance Squire lite 185 but we are unsure of the value and what to offer the seller . He’s asking $4500, we already went to look at it, inside is clean and everything works. ...

I enlarged the photo showing the front window and the caulking looks as it might have been replaced or added to. The same for the caulk around the marker lights. It just doesn't look like factory caulk.

You might want to inspect or inquire about this. Just because it's not leaking now, doesn't mean it hasn't in the past.

Plus the price is high, IMO.
