Me and my wife found a 1995 Lance Squire lite 185 but we are unsure of the value and what to offer the seller . He’s asking $4500, we already went to look at it, inside is clean and everything works. ...

Mine dropped about 2 1/2" too.
I weighed the truck right before and after picking up the camper.
As is in the picture the camper weighed 3260 lbs.

The sticker on the door says max payload is 3400 lbs.
