I have them on my 01 RAM Sport and the fronts of my 15, I have not noticed dust. All I have noticed braking like I have never had on a truck in all conditions.
I also have them Yellow on my DRV's Kodiak Disk system. Never had braking like this!
My Harley has Bremelo Calipers with I am sure were EBC pads and I recently replaced with EBC Double-H Sintered. For a BIG bike it STOPS!!!
Like I said EXPENSIVE but great brakes are well worth the extra $$$.
