I will keep you in the loop on this. I appreciate everyone's input on the matter and now I'm really lost. The way I see it is that my LLC has nothing to do with commerce or transporting people. Everybody works for somebody. I just happen to work for myself, but don't haul anything or anybody.
I've contacted an attorney and have been speaking to USDOT and even though it doesn't seem right there is one word in the description of "Do I need a USDOT Number", "OR".
This looks like EVERY Vehicle( DRW or SRW) that is GVW over 10K needs numbers.
I will let you know what the Judge says.
