Using a Stable Lift on a truck camper

We had a Stable-lift system on our TC and I can't say enough good things about it and the company and crew that builds and installs them. We ordered ours and had it installed locally (Atlanta at that time) by folks that didn't do a good job. It was usable but not entirely satisfactory. We were going out to Glacier the next summer anyway, so took it back to the company. They spent an entire day making it perfect and did not charge us anything. After that it was wonderful. We were in a bad storm in Kansas and put the lifts down (camper still on truck) and were steady as a rock while the RV's around us were lihaving a hard time. Unfortunately our TC did not hold up well and we needed to sell it. I advertised it on CL and it sold the first day to someone 100 miles away. The buyer was willing to give us the asking price, even though it had issues, because it had the Stable-lift already on it. lizzie
