Fiberglass toppers are going to be 300lb + I'd guesstimate for a long bed.
Me and another guy can curl a short bed topper up and over the bed rails but it's not easy.
Aluminum is lighter but not as nice looking.
If you got the ceiling space in your shop, I'd rig up a little hoist for a 'glass topper.
