We rarely unload while camping but always unload between trips as the pickup is a daily driver. I can unload from the pickup and load onto the trailer I store on in less than 15 minutes. It takes a little longer to do the reverse and have done it so many times in the last 10 years it has become routine. Electric jacks are much easier than hydraulic, especially when loading or unloading by yourself. If you run the process the same every time it reduces errors and practice makes perfect.
We considered a Class C and had a Class A at one time but for forest roads and camping wherever you stop we like the TC better. Also like not having another engine and running gear to maintain (tires, oil changes, tune-ups, alignments, etc), license, and insure.
