As a new first time TC owner, having only loaded and unloaded it twice I would say that it is not nerve racking but it is a bit time consuming, at least in my case.
My camper as alot of newer campers make very good use of space and they take up alomost ever sq inch of space between the bed rails. Unlike the older models that as long as you stuffed it betwen the wheel wells you were good, I have an inch or less on each side of the camper to the inside of the bed rail. Makes being lined up perfectly critical.
The jacks aren't bad but I have a 4 way remote setup for elect jacks so I can walk around and move jacks indiviually or toghter in pairs or all 4 pretty easily.
Unless the camper's mount points are damaged, just keep it relatively level side to side and a bit nose high until it's over the truck bed and you'll be fine.
