The whole concept of a V10 Ecoboost is a bunch of baloney. Nothing shows up on google.
That said, why a big-inch Ecoboost when you can get 600HP out of a 3.5L? There is no replacement for displacement. The duty cycle on a 600HP 3.5L is very short (i.e. it's a race engine), but for an HD pickup truck you need something you can work all day every day.
Still, I would expect Ford to go V8 on an Ecoboost long before you'd ever see a V10.
