The only reason to release a big inch turbo engine is to get the duty cycle up. That is just one plus. Unfortunately there are a LOT of minuses.
As Fred mentioned cooling is a BIG one. It will take a radiator as big as a house to cool 600 HP with a big duty cycle. Just look at the size of the fan and radiator of the 440 HP 6.7 SD!!!!! :E
Then there is the fuel mileage problem. 350 HP V10's drank enough fuel without bolting a turbo on them. A 600 HP turbo V10 will drink WAY over a gallon of fuel a minute at WOT. I bet the EPA would love Ford to do this. :B
