Carbondale is a very hot spot for classics. It's a university town with a lot of profs with old campers. I say its a good steal. But, then, I'm from Carbondale.
My experience has been when the guy says it's been kept under wraps and hardly used that you can e relatively assured that is accurate. Of course you need to kick the tires.
