If I were buying and found this camper to be as described I'de pay 3k. IF everything works and its completly leak free ,past/present. The few pictures shown show a camper well cared for and clean. You could spend 12k on a 2006 that looks ok but has hidden rot. Its relative, and 3k is a relativly low risk price.
