There aren't a whole lot of used TCs available in the midwest, and as mentioned, it is starting to be the season where demand goes up.
It is worth what you are willing to pay for it, or whatever it is worth to you. If it is in good shape, never leaked, etc, then it certainly is worth more than $1500.
