Voice Controlled Travel Trailer

Just more shtuff to quit working at the least convenient time.

No thanks. I already have enough devices listening to me for marketing purposes (and who knows what other purposes).

I like knowing that when I manually pull the shades down they will stay down. Although recently putting them up, they didn't stay up. But a little bit of new string fixed that problem. Easier than replacing a several thousand dollar brain in the RV when it decides to cross it's circuits.

From what I saw, butts were just as big. But when you only got 4-6 channels (NBC, PBS, CBS, ABC, and maybe two "uhf" stations), and they were able to fill their programming with non-repeated shows for the most part, there wasn't as much need to change channels.

Nowadays, you have 100+ channels that repeat the same episode a good 10 times throughout the week, you have to do a lot more channel surfing to see something new. Sometimes more isn't better.

Had a tv several years before it was necessary to change channels. Just watch whatever happened to be on the one channel.

Going off on tangent here;
IIRC, back then the average butt was not as fat. Also back then we would put the dial on one channel, and leave it for at least half hour, to the end of program. (Why do kids have such a short attention span?)
And also we would go thru the guide, negotiate with siblings and parents to decide what we would watch in the limited time we had for watching. (Did we learn to share? compromise? plan? the understanding of veto? (don't even look at what is on at 6 Sunday))

Yeah the 3 times a night to the potty gets old! I can remember when the nigh time was for sleeping.....
