If your brakes still feel normal, no pulsing, I would check with #3 on having them change pads, after pads are off give recommendation on changing or turning the rotor, If the rotors are not gouged or damaged a single turning is fine, if your truck had high miles, and the brakes had been serviced a couple of times I could see changing the rotor after it had already been turned at least once. In your case , save another buck and a half or so on the rotors, but splurge on the premium pads.
