The sales manager told me Ford has stopped building Super Dutys, if you order today the earliest one can expect it is May 2023......maybe, and said expect msrp to go up across the board $4K by then. They had a shiny silver F-150 lightning waiting to be delivered, it went for $25K above sticker. They just furloughed 6 sales people.

Wow sign me up, "only" $8K? The local Ford dealer is asking $ 10K, over MSRP, with one truck $15K over.
I have a real issue with these dealers gouging people, as some buyers don't have a choice, perhaps their existing vehicle was totaled or stolen. But then if some idiot wants to be the first to have a new Lighting and is willing to pay than much, it makes it easier for me to buy less than MSRP.
