Tesla cars on the road are for about 15 years now and even they appeal to environmental freaks and to some degree made symbol status - considering the price I don't see them making the future.
Electric Smarts and electric Fiats seem to vanish from the roads.
The casino, that I frequent for buffet, has free charging station, but maybe 1 time of 20 visit a car is there.
My friend just had hybrid battery die on her 9 yo Lexus SUV.
Not only new battery cost $7,000, but replacement battery comes with 1 year warranty.
The SUV was a hair away from ending on junk yard, even it still looks great.
