Was browsing at Florida RV Show this weekend and...

The max trailer weight for an Explorer is 5000 lbs :S

I was expecting to see a picture of an Escort towing 5th wheel next.

    That's funny.
    9,589 lb loaded plus what someone would put in the tow vehicle. Maybe add 15 trans coolers to it too! Yeah, that's the ticket! Haaahhhaaa

    Seems to be a very stupid thing to do, legally. What the salesman says verbally is hard to act against since they can claim puffery and that the buyer misunderstood what he said. But to put it in writing is another matter. Especially with such definite claims.
