washing gel coat siding
wondering if most dish soaps can be used to wash the exterior of tt? time to clean up and get ready for winter.

I am gel coat toy poor.A harsh soap will remove all the wax,if that is what you are wanting to do,otherwise a good car soap will be fine.I use Tide and hot soapy water to remove all the road grime and fish blood, than I wax the rigs with Collinite boat wax.The TT and boats.On some occasions I have to use a fiberglass restorer to get rid of the dullness.If you wax, do not use a wax with Carnuba wax,it will yellow with age.
