There is some misunderstanding of typical TT construction here. The water in the underbelly is not the big problem. When you pull the under belly off, you may see SOME fiberglass type insulation along with the bubble type... But that is the tip of the iceberg. Above the tanks, is a black fabric known as darco. Above that are the floor studs, and 99% of the fiberglass insulation between them, right next to the subfloor. This probably soaked up as much as it could absorb, and the excess is what you see in the underbelly.
This is also the big problem. Think of this insulation as a giant soaked sponge right next to the subfloor keeping it wet and destroying it as the moisture swells the wood fibres and causes the glue to let go... Mold happens later and is the finishing blow. It may be too late. What needs to happen is immeadiatly remove ALL of the underbelly, drop all of the tanks , then remove the darco and insulation. Then set up fans to dry it out. There is very little time to lose in the process.
I would call my insurance and file a claim. This is too big a problem for even myself to handle.... And I can do MUCH more than the average do it your selfer..... Attempting a quick fix now, will just leave you with a problem down the road. This sucks, but bite the bullet and endure the pain now, and get it over with.
